This Privacy Policy explains how Treo ("Treo", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at treo.live and our automated trading service (the "service"). By using the service you agree to this policy. Treo is non-custodial software that connects to your own exchange account; we never hold or withdraw your funds.
If you choose "Continue with Google", we use Google OAuth solely to authenticate you and create your Treo login. We receive only your basic profile (name, email, profile picture). We do not access your Gmail, contacts, files, or any other Google data. Treo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your API key and secret are encrypted at rest and are used only to place spot trades on your account through your exchange's API. We never request or use withdrawal permission, and we never sell, share, or expose your keys. You can revoke a key at any time from your exchange, which immediately ends our access.
Your data is stored in our managed Postgres database (Supabase) with access controls, and API secrets are encrypted. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and you use the service at your own risk.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make Treo work — our database and hosting providers, and Google (for sign-in) — and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
The service interacts with your exchange (Binance) and relies on infrastructure providers. Your relationship with your exchange is governed by that exchange's own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. You can disconnect your exchange key or stop the service at any time.
We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The service is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
