How good is your trading, really?

Only coin names leave your browser, to fetch public daily prices, plus anonymous totals if you choose to share them. We never see your file, balances or keys.

Why does my trading strategy fail?
Most losing traders are not unlucky. Their own history shows the same few leaks again and again. The report card measures them for you.
Selling the dip
Selling after a sharp fall and watching the price come back within days. The report counts every one and prices what it cost.
Fees on every trade
Each buy and sell pays a fee. Many small trades add up to more than people expect, often a large share of their losses.
Small wins, bigger losses
Winning most trades is not the same as making money. A few large losses can erase many small wins, which is why we show both.
Trading instead of holding
The fairest test of any strategy: did it beat simply keeping the coins you bought? Most histories do not.
We test strategies the same way, in public. See what survived and what failed in 2,928 settings, including scalping, grid bots and RSI.
Questions
Why does my trading strategy fail?
The most common reasons are fees on frequent trades, selling after a dip that later recovers, and small wins erased by a few larger losses. A strategy can win most of its trades and still lose money.
How do I know if my trading strategy is good?
Compare it with simply holding the same coins over the same months, after fees. If it does not beat holding, the trading is costing you money and time.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read inside your browser. Only coin names are used to fetch public daily prices. If you tick the research box under your report, only totals such as your trade count, win rate and grade are sent, without your name and never the file.
How is the grade worked out?
Your result after fees minus what holding every coin you bought would have made, as a share of what you spent. A is 5% or more ahead of holding, B is up to 5% ahead, C is up to 5% behind, D is 5% to 15% behind, F is more than 15% behind.
